1. Detailed description of goods and/or services.
Mogul Home is a business that provides upmarket Homeware and Goods.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within one working day and delivery confirmed by courier service by way of waybill number.
3. Export restriction
The offering on this website is currently available to South African clients only.
4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods by Mogul Home is subject to availability. If Mogul Home does not have stock of specific items available, a two week waiting period may apply. Mogul Home will refund the client in full within 30 days in case of complete unavailability. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.
5. Customer Privacy policy
Mogul Home shall take all reasonable steps to protect users’ personal information. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Mogul Home via PayGate (Pty) Ltd, an approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users
may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Mogul Home separately from card details which the client enters on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate, refer to www.paygate.co.za.
9 Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
10 Responsibility
Mogul Home takes responsibility for all aspects of the transaction, including the sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11 Country of domicile
The laws of South Africa govern this website, and Mogul Home chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature. 2 Induland Road, Pinati Estate, Cape Town, 7780.
12 Variation
At its sole discretion, Mogul Home may change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

15. Warranties/Guarantees
Mogul Home does not warrant to the Customer that the goods are fit for the purpose sold and/or are free from defects, whether latent or patent. Wherever possible, Mogul Home will endeavour to pass on the benefit of any manufacturer’s guarantee, but apart therefrom, there shall be no liability whatsoever attaching to the Company in respect of goods sold to the Customer. Under no circumstances shall Mogul Home be liable for any consequential loss whatsoever.

15.1. All Goods sold by Mogul home are for Domestic use and NOT for Commercial use. Using our goods for Commercial Purposes will Nullify and Void all Warrantees and Guarantees of such goods.
15.2 Return of goods
Mogul Home shall accept the return of any goods subject to the terms of the Consumer Protection Act. Should any goods be returned, this will be at the sole and entire discretion of the Company. A possible handling charge equal to 10% of the invoice price shall be payable by the Customer to the Company in respect thereof.
